Configuring the Outlook Plugin / Add-in

To integrate GoBright in the appointment window of the Outlook Calendar we’ve developed the GoBright Outlook Add-in. It can be set up for either the Desktop or Web version of Outlook.

To use the plugin it is required to have the Rooms configured with a fully functional Office 365 or Exchange integration.

After the configurations you can search for available Rooms, add Services and pre-register your Visitors from within your Outlook Calendar.
