GoBright launches a very interesting new functionality within its BrightBooking platform: Analytics.
Analytics provides all kinds of valuable information into the use of the meeting rooms and workplaces, such as:
• Which rooms are reserved and how often?
• What is the occupancy rate of the rooms and workplaces?
• Which flexible workspaces have been used and which were not used?
• Which rooms were reserved but did no one show up?
This information enables administrators to make the use of the meeting rooms and flexible workplaces as efficient as possible and, of course through this, costs can be saved. In addition, unnecessary irritations among users of the workplaces and meeting rooms can be kept to a minimum. The Analytics function will become available automatically at the next release of the BrightBooking software and will be free for all our customers.
BrightBooking is a solution from GoBright. BrightBooking achieves maximum efficiency from all rooms and workplaces. It is an online platform with which you can easily search and book a suitable space or pleasant workplace. Thanks to the innovative app, a reservation is always and everywhere arranged in no time. The booking is also placed directly in your own personal agenda. Intelligent sensors prevent reserved, but unoccupied spaces or workplaces. And the indoor routing and mapping functionality help to efficiently use the office and learn more about the building. GoBright is situated in Alblasserdam in The Netherlands.
