Hybrid Working with Team Booking

In today’s hybrid and activity-based work environment, finding a location and time to meet-up as a team can be challenging. With our new Team Booking feature, you can plan to come together and work in the hybrid working situation.

Team Booking was a frequently requested feature. With hybrid- and activity-based working becoming more important every day, solutions and products should be able to facilitate this need. With our new Team Booking feature we play into this demand and provide you with a user-friendly and smart platform.

About Team Bookings

To make a Team Booking, a switch button will be added to the desk booking dashboard. By switching on team mode, people can be added to a team. With the search function within team booking, team members can be looked-up and added. When all team members have been selected, they are automatically assigned a desk.

When the booking is made, all participants receive an e-mail of their booked desk with Team Booking status. The booking is visible as a desk booking in the personal dashboard. It is up to all the participants to reschedule eventual double bookings and communicate this to the team.
