Ellz & Beyond Map Integration with GoBright
If you are already using Ellz & Beyond software, you can now integrate it with GoBright Portal, allowing you to continue using your existing Ellz & Beyond setup alongside GoBright.
First, the resources you want to integrate – whether desks, rooms, or parking spaces – must be created in GoBright using the exact same names as in Ellz & Beyond.
Simply upload the map as a background in the Map Editor, and the resources will be linked automatically.
The most important requirement is that the resource are already created in the GoBright portal and their names exactly match those in Ellz & Beyond.

Changes in Ellz & Beyond
If you make any changes to the map in Ellz & Beyond, simply export the updated map and import it into GoBright again. The changes will then be applied automatically.

Once the Ellz & Beyond map has been uploaded to the Map Editor in the GoBright portal, the resources will automatically be assigned to the corresponding dots.
If you need to make adjustments, you can move a dot linked to a resource to a different location by dragging it to the desired position. Once you are satisfied with the changes, save the map.
The next time you upload the Ellz & Beyond map, you will be prompted to choose whether to keep the adjusted dot positions or reset them to their original positions.
