Thanks to GoBright’s plug-in in Microsoft Outlook, it is possible to book a meeting room when you schedule a meeting in Outlook. Open your personal calendar in Outlook and schedule your appointment like you are used to. If you click on the GoBright logo that is located in the menubar, you will get the opportunity to book a suitable meeting room, including the needed facilities. Just confirm the booking, and you’re good to go!
