The Scheduling tab contains all information related to the planning of each device, including created playlists, their schedules, and the content currently being displayed.
To better understand how new playlists are added and managed, it is important to first understand how information is organized and presented within the Scheduling tab.
Periode
It is also possible to define a custom time range by selecting a start date and end date. Once a period has been selected, the scheduled playlists will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.
The playlists displayed can also be affected by the devices selected below the Period section, allowing you to filter the schedule for specific devices.
Enheder
To view playlists that are scheduled for specific devices, select one or more devices from the device list. The selected devices act as a filter, displaying only the playlists assigned to them.
This filter can be enabled, modified, or cleared at any time, making it easy to focus on the schedules of individual devices or groups of devices.
If you have an In-Room Signage license, the associated devices will appear in this section under Devices. For more information about In-Room Signage and its configuration, please refer to the article In – room signage.
Playlist overview
Each playlist includes several details in the overview displayed on the right-hand side. This overview shows where the playlist is scheduled to play, including the associated channel(s) and zone(s), as well as the dates and times during which it is active.
Additionally, it displays the number of slides contained within the playlist and the number of devices on which the playlist is currently scheduled to run.

To add a new playlist, click the Add button in the top-right corner of the screen.
This will open the playlist creation window, where you can configure the playlist settings, assign content, and define when and where the playlist should be displayed.
In the pop-up window, enter a name for the playlist. You can also configure additional settings, including assigning a color, selecting one or more channels, and choosing the zone in which the playlist will be displayed.
To save the new playlist, you must select the device or devices on which the content will be displayed in the Devices tab.
These settings determine where the playlist will be presented, ensuring that the correct content is delivered to the appropriate displays within your digital signage environment.
These are the basic requirements for creating a new playlist. Once these settings have been configured, you can start adding content to the playlist, as explained in the next section Adding slides.
