Multi Gateway manual update
Keeping your Multi Gateway firmware up to date ensures optimal performance, security, and compatibility with the latest GoBright features. Before activating the gateway in your GoBright portal, make sure it is running the latest firmware version. Follow the steps below to manually update the firmware on your Multi Gateway device.
After successfully updating the firmware, you can proceed with activating the gateway in your GoBright portal by following the instructions in the Activate a Multi Gateway Device article.
Steps to Perform the Firmware Update
- Gå till Multi Gateway genom att ange IP-adressen och portnumret :8080
- Check the Hardware model: MGW211 / MGW101
- Klicka på Inställningar in the top-right corner.
- Navigera till System Actions och välj Manual Firmware Update.
- Typ “yes” to confirm and click Upload Firmware File.

The update to the latest firmware version is expected to take approximately 20 minutes.
