Multi Gateway manual update
Keeping your Multi Gateway firmware up to date ensures optimal performance, security, and compatibility with the latest GoBright features. Before activating the gateway in your GoBright portal, make sure it is running the latest firmware version. Follow the steps below to manually update the firmware on your Multi Gateway device.
After successfully updating the firmware, you can proceed with activating the gateway in your GoBright portal by following the instructions in the Activate a Multi Gateway Device article.
Steps to Perform the Firmware Update
- Få tilgang til Multi Gateway ved å skrive inn IP-adressen og portnummeret: 8080
- Check the Hardware model: MGW211 / MGW101
- Klikk Innstillinger in the top-right corner.
- Naviger til System Actions og velg Manual Firmware Update.
- Type “yes” to confirm and click Upload Firmware File.

The update to the latest firmware version is expected to take approximately 20 minutes.
