Meetings with Google Workspace

Many offices are making a leap towards occupancy measuring in the office. To do this, you need a solid Room Booking system. However, when employees used to working with a certain system or programme to make your room bookings, it may be an obstacle to them to change their way of working. This is why GoBright invested in integrations with such systems, including Google Workspace.

The Google Workspace integration

Thanks to the Google Workspace integration, any meeting scheduled in Google Workspace is automatically transferred to the GoBright calendar and vice versa. If a meeting is postponed or even cancelled, this information is automatically synchronised across both platforms. No need to do double work!

The Google Workspace plugin

Besides the integration, we also have a Google Workspace plugin. This opens up even more possibilities, allowing you to access the GoBright platform from your Google Calendar.
