We are continuously working on optimising and personalising our Smart Workplace Solutions. Currently, we are rolling out our newest feature: Profile photos in the portal.

From now on, it is possible to see users’ profile photos in the Week Planner. This makes it easy to quickly see who is in the office!

For now, it is only visible in the Week Planner, bookings, and your personal profile. However, we are soon expanding the feature to the Map Viewer and general Mapping!

The profile photos are set by your company’s admin. Would you like to use this feature as well?
