The Challenge
Houdijk Holland is a machine factory based in Vlaardingen, the Netherlands. They have grown considerably in recent times, both in assignments and in personnel. And they always try out new, innovative solutions. ‘Yes, we are a progressive company,’ says Jaap Tempelman, ICT manager at Houdijk Holland. The director of Houdijk saw the GoBright products being used at another company and got enthusiastic about it. He wanted to apply this at Houdijk as well. At Houdijk Holland, people like to work with beautiful, modern and innovative systems. They thought that using software for room booking, for their 9 meeting rooms, would really make things easier.
We are expanding the Room Booking solutions with GoBright Visit – the visitor registration software. So it is fair to say that we are very satisfied with GoBright.

Houdijk then ended up at the Dutch reseller AENC. That contact was good and professional. “They answered all our questions and we were given a demonstration. The GoBright offer matched our wishes in terms of both price and products. We were immediately convinced”, remembers Tempelman.
The hardware and software were delivered quickly, and a short user training took place on location for the IT staff at Houdijk Holland. With the Room Booking system, users can now arrange the bookings for nine meeting rooms within Houdijk Holland. This can be done online, via an app or with an interactive room display. Each meeting room has its own Room Panel. employees can directly see which rooms are available.
In the meantime, Room Management has been used for some time. It is well used by the staff. Whether Houdijk Holland looks back on the project with a satisfied feeling? “We are currently working on a new project with GoBright. The renewal of our visitor registration system, so that says enough! We are very happy with the results”

Houdijk designs and assembles advanced systems for fully automatic loading in plastic trays or packaging machines of all kinds of cookies, biscuits and biscuits and crackers.
