Legger til lysbilder
Nå som spillelisten er opprettet, er det på tide å legge til innhold. Hvert element som legges til i en spilleliste kalles et lysbilde. I likhet med en lysbildefremvisning spilles lysbilder av i en bestemt rekkefølge som kan omorganiseres manuelt. Først, la oss legge til et nytt lysbilde ved hjelp av en eksisterende mal.

A new pop-up window will open, displaying the following content options:

Your Media

Standard Templates

Premium Templates (if your license includes access to Premium Templates).
From here, you can select the appropriate content source and add items to your playlist. Each option opens a screen that follows a similar workflow for adding content.
When you select Your Templates, a list of your available templates is displayed. Choose the template you want to add to the playlist. If no templates are available, you must first create a template before it can be added to the playlist.
Press Use on the bottom-right corner and a copy of the selected template will now open.
Once your preferred option is selected, the template will be added as a slide within the playlist and can be scheduled for display on your chosen devices.
It is possible to make changes to a slide without affecting the original template. In other words, the template serves as a blueprint, while allowing you to customize the content used in a specific playlist.
For example, you can edit the text displayed in the template for this playlist without modifying the underlying template itself. This makes it easy to reuse the same template across multiple playlists while tailoring the content to each specific use case.
Click Save to add the slide to the playlist.
After adding the slide, make sure to update and save the playlist as well. Any changes made to the playlist, including newly added slides, will only take effect once the playlist has been updated and saved.
Manage slides
The list of slides added to the playlist is displayed within the playlist overview.
From here, you can view, edit, reorder, or remove slides as needed. This provides a clear overview of the content included in the playlist and the sequence in which it will be displayed.
The Copy, Duplicate, Export as Template, and Delete options appear in the top-right corner of the screen. This is also where you will find the Preview, Paste, and Add options.
These actions allow you to quickly manage playlist content, whether you want to reuse slides, create a template, preview the result, or add new content to the playlist.
Edit slides
In the list of slides added to the playlist, you can use the Edit, Delete, or Deactivate buttons displayed next to each slide’s preview image.
These options allow you to quickly manage individual slides. You can modify the slide content, remove the slide from the playlist, or temporarily deactivate it so that it is not displayed while keeping it available for future use.
Slide rekkefølge
The order of the slides determines the sequence in which they are displayed within the playlist.
For example, in the playlist shown below, the Holyday destination slide will be displayed first, followed by Local Weather, and finally Food Promo.
We’ll move the Holiday destination to the bottom to create the following order:
Forhåndsvisning av innhold
When you open a playlist, in the Slides tab you can preview your scheduled content before it is displayed. Select Preview to play the content and see how it should appear on your screen.
Her kan du forhåndsvise alle aktiverte lysbilder. Bruk venstre- og høyrepilene for å raskt navigere gjennom lysbildene. I forhåndsvisningen kan du også bytte mellom de tilgjengelige skjermoppløsningene for å se hvordan innholdet vil se ut på forskjellige skjermer.
