At GoBright, our customers are our top priority. We strive to provide everyone with the right support they need. Our Business Success team plays a key role in this. This team is divided into three sections, each providing their own customers with the right information:
• Legal & Quality ensures that future customers and partners receive accurate contracts. At GoBright, we strictly adhere to applicable rules and regulations. Quality management and information security are of the utmost importance to us, as demonstrated by our ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications. We apply these principles not only in our collaboration with customers and partners but also within our own organization.
• Customer Success maintains daily contact with our existing customers. Are they satisfied with the solutions they have chosen? Do they need additional licenses or products? How did the implementation process go? Do they have any questions? Our Customer Success Manager is your dedicated point of contact at GoBright.
• Administration manages licenses, sets up environments, and ensures that invoices are sent on time. Their work is just as important to you as it is to us. Our Administrative Specialists make sure your hardware is shipped on time and arrives at the agreed destination.
