GoBright's In-Room Signage

In-Room Signage extends your Digital Signage+ capabilities into meeting rooms. The screens already present in these spaces—both inside the room and on panels outside—can now display relevant content when not actively being used for meetings.

This dual-purpose approach transforms underutilised screens into active communication channels. Display company news, meeting room guidelines, safety information, or upcoming events exactly where employees see them most. Manage content through the same GoBright platform you use for room bookings, using templates from the Template Store or uploading custom designs.

In-Room Signage works with your existing infrastructure. If you’re using GoBright room panels, they’re ready to display content immediately. In-room displays can switch between meeting support and communication depending on room availability. Everything is managed centrally, making it simple to keep content current across all your meeting spaces.
