The challenge

CFC’s rapid annual growth meant its existing offices at Gracechurch Street and Whittington Avenue could no longer accommodate its teams. The move to a new headquarters was not simply about space. It was about future proofing operations and creating an engaging, technology enabled workplace that reflects the organisation’s ambition.

The project required a fully integrated smart building experience delivered within strict timelines. During the process, the team navigated contractor insolvency, labour renegotiations, evolving design requirements and changes in stakeholder contacts. Maintaining momentum and delivering a consistent experience across multiple floors required strong collaboration and agile execution.

The solution

In partnership with Kinly, we implemented a comprehensive smart workplace solution that begins the moment employees enter the building.

Our GoBright Desk Booking enables employees to reserve desks, lockers and meeting spaces through a single intuitive app. Real time floor maps show colleague locations, supporting collaboration and visibility across teams. QR enabled entry simplifies access, while height adjustable desks can be personalised within the same ecosystem.

Meeting spaces are managed through GoBright Room Booking panels with integrated floor mapping, providing clear availability indicators and easy navigation throughout the office.

The AV environment, delivered by Kinly, integrates advanced Crestron controlled meeting rooms, executive boardrooms with intelligent camera systems and wireless content sharing, all supported by proactive remote monitoring. Together, the technologies create a consistent, scalable and centrally managed workplace experience.

The result
