ProDVX - Certified hardware

1) Visit: No camera available: Taking pictures and scanning badges will not be available on these models.
2) Visit: Camera is optional: You need camera for taking pictures and scanning badges.
3) EOL (End-of-life/End-of-support) means that GoBright will not actively test or maintain the software for these models after the defined date.
4) Room display: Kiosk mode: Currently not supported on the ProDVX EL series. Please Enable kiosk mode manually within the Android settings of the device.
5) Visit: Printing over LAN: With the latest device app 13.86 or higher, Visit printing over LAN is supported for Android 11 and 12 devices, including ProDVX R23 series, ProDVX 10SLBe.
6) Digital signage: Supported only on devices running Android 8 or higher.
7) Visit: Camera works, photo is showed in a wrong angle in the app. We investigate to improve this.

1) The ProDVX models ABPC-4200 and ABPC-4220 can be updated from Android 9 which is the current version to Android 11. The GoBright app should be updated at least to the version 14.12 to be able to have it working. With updating these devices to Android 11, the installation manual for R23 Android 11 should be used.
2) EOL (End-of-life/End-of-support) means that GoBright will not actively test or maintain the software for these models after the defined date. This model is EOL since 31/12/2022.
