Suppose I booked a desk and I decide to work at home after all. What should I do then?
Life sometimes happens and your plans may have to be rescheduled. It is very possible that while you planned to work at the office, you are suddenly needed at home and you need to cancel your booking. This is of course possible in our Desk Booking system, both via your Mobile App or the Online Portal.
If for some reason you forget to cancel your booking, optional desk sensors can do this for you. They will detect whether any booked desk is actually being used. If not, the sensor will automatically cancel your booking and make the desk available for other colleagues.
