Yealink Roompanel E2 and Roompanel Plus E2
Use this guide to install the GoBright app on Yealink Roompanel E2 and Roompanel Plus E2.
- Update your Yealink Roompanel E2 or Roompanel Plus E2 device to the latest Yealink Firmware: https://support.yealink.com/en/portal/knowledge/show?id=6459d5650a11b818a7542d6d

Choose your language

Make sure the device is connected (for example POE+)

Choose your time zone

Turn on Yealink Management Cloud Service

Agree with the Yealink end user agreement

Open Yealink Management Cloud Service pulldown menu and select Yealink Management Cloud Service

Press Save and wait till Connecting popup is gone

Press the Back arrow

Optionally turn on Auto Update function and check if the Device Manage options are set like this:

Choose GoBright as your UC Provider

Press Start
-
Check your system settings, press confirm and reboot

After the reboot you can activate your device in the GoBright Portal by using the Activation Code: https://support.gobright.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005322893-Activating-a-device-with-the-GoBright-app
If you want to use NFC on the Roompanel E2 or Roompanel plus E2, follow the steps below:
Open the device settings in a browser: https://IP_OF_DEVICE
User: admin
Password: 0000
- Go to System
- Device Manage
- Enter this code in the Server URL field (without []): [M7:nfc.enable=1]
- Press Auto Provision Now
- Press Confirm
Note: The Yealink devices do not support camera use for Visit
