Zermelo error message - The current appointments could not be retrieved

You may encounter the following error on your screen and within the GoBright View portal:image

Please verify that the school year entered in the widget corresponds to the current academic year. For example:

  • If you entered “2024”, the widget will display schedule information for the 2024–2025 school year.
  • If the current school year is 2025–2026, you need to enter “2025” in the widget.

If updating the school year does not resolve the issue, it’s possible that your API token has expired.

To resolve this, please follow the steps outlined in the following article to reconfigure the Zermelo Widget: Schedule/Timetable Widgets (Zermelo & Untis)

Because of changes that were made on the Zermelo API, we had to update our Zermelo Widget. The zermelo API only works in case you are using version “Zermelo v3.1” or later. If you only have the old version in your environment, please contact us by sending a mail to [email protected].
