Resetting an Interact Device

To reset an Interact device, follow the instructions below.

  1. Locate the small reset hole on the left side of the Interact device.
  2. Use a small screwdriver or a paperclip to press and hold the reset button inside the hole.
  3. Press and hold the reset button while the Interact device is powered on.
  4. Hold the button for 5–10 seconds until the device resets.

Refer to the photos below for easier identification of the reset button location.
