The Channel Development Manager function is an international and commercial function with a wide scope of work. The main goal is to look and find the right partners (A/V-distributors, resellers, office furniture manufacturers) in the GoBright indirect sales channel and contract those, establish and maintain the relationship and realise sales goals.

Your role within GoBright

As Channel Development Manager you have a variety of work activities. From setting up contracts and maintaining relationships to give training and product presentations. You furthermore are responsible for the realisation of partner plans and doing sales promotions. Together with your partners you ensure that the goals from the sales plans are reached while registering all data in our CRM-system.

Together with the Commercial Director and our Marketing and Support Departments you brainstorm about new ideas and strategies. Team spirit and collaboration is very important. You will also participate in trade fairs and events. Naturally, you continue to develop yourself in terms of product knowledge, the market, and your own sales skills.

Who are you?

You are educated and/or have relevant knowledge and experience in Commercial Economy, International Business and/or Business Administration. Professional certifications and/or training such as sales training are a plus. Relevant work experience in the field of Sales and relationship management is important.

  • Communicative skills in several languages. Dutch and English are mandatory (oral and written), German is a plus.
