As an SR Business Development Manager, you will approach end customers and work closely with resellers to jointly close the best possible deal with your prospect. You understand your customer inside out and respond to their needs in a smart way. You will have the freedom to develop your own business plan with a clear forecast. You are given a lot of autonomy to operate as a pioneer. It is your responsibility to achieve your goals, among other things by generating new business. Although leads can be provided by business partners or the marketing department, you are capable of finding these on your own also when necessary.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Focus on organisations with more then 1000 WCW’s preferably in one of our core verticals.
- Create an annual plan within the overall strategy and translate it into your own action plan
- Responsible for achieving your personal sales targets
- Accurate administrative processing
- Key stakeholders: IT, Facilities, CEO, Workplace Manager
- Managing strategic and key accounts
- Responding to and leading RFI/RFP processes
- Contributing input to the development of propositions and GTM strategies
- Mentoring Junior and Medior BDMs
- Acting as a sparring partner for the management team or executive board
- Working together alongside partners in the region and developing a relationship with key account managers within these organisations.

Job requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in a commercial field, plus at least 5 years of proven sales experience as an Business Developer and preferable Channel experience.
- Experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and sales methodologies;
- A service-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills in English, second language is a plus
- In possession of a valid driver’s license
- Work area: UK
- Residence: UK (Preferably within the greater London area, or able to travel there
