Configuring the Outlook Plugin / Add-in
To integrate GoBright directly into the Outlook Calendar appointment window, we have developed the GoBright Outlook Add-in. The add-in can be configured for both the Outlook Desktop and Web versions.
To use the GoBright Outlook Add-in, the Rooms must be configured with a fully functional Microsoft 365 or Exchange integration.
Once configured, you can use the add-in directly from your Outlook Calendar to:
- Search for available Rooms
- Add Services to your meeting
- Pre-register Visitors
