In-Room Signage integrates seamlessly with your existing GoBright setup. Screens inside meeting rooms and room panels outside them can now display relevant content when rooms aren’t in use.
Through the GoBright platform, create and schedule content using the Template Store’s 600+ templates or upload your own designs. Assign content to individual rooms or groups, set schedules, and manage everything from one interface.
When a room is booked, displays automatically switch back to their primary function. Outside, panels show booking information alongside your custom content. This dual-purpose approach maximises the value of screens you already have—whether they’re GoBright room panels or existing in-room displays.
