In this article we will consider different Interact accessories that are included in the purchase along with the Interact devices, and some other accessories that can be ordered additionally. These accessories will help you enhance your user experience on a better level and make a better usage of the Interact devices.
The Interacts are packed 5 in a box. You can find the serial numbers of the packed devices outside of the box.

Power Adapter for the Interact
– Packed 5 in a box
– EU/UK/US adapter
– The cable is 2 meters long.
– There is a ferrite on the cable with a diameter of 2 cm.
Power cable USB-C
– Packed 1 in a bag
– USB-C to 1,5 mm jack
– The cable is 1,5 meter long and it can be extended with USB-C extension cable
– The USB-C power adapter is not included – should be purchased externally
PoE and Desk Control Expansion box
– Packed 5 in a box
– Serial numbers shown on the box with QR codes
– The cable to the Interact is 2,5 meters long
– 3M stickers included in the box
– This device is needed to control the height of the desk via a Desk Control box
– A network cable is not supplied
Desk control box (like Linak/LOGICDATA & Jiecang) and cable for Interact
– Desk Control box to control the height of the desk
– RJ45 plug to control the desk via Desk Control box
– Power connector to get Power from the Desk Control box
– Power and data connector to the GoBright Expansion box
