Do users need to login to GoBright to create a room booking?

No.

Users can use their preferred booking system to book rooms like they are used to. GoBright will synchronize the information by integrating with the external system and displaying the information on the room displays. Of course, this requires an integration to be set up within GoBright and the external system.
