Understanding the hover pop-ups
When you hover over a bookable space on the map, a dynamic pop-up appears displaying detailed information about the booking, including the resource name, availability status, booking duration, and any associated amenities. This feature allows users to quickly assess the suitability of each space without leaving the map view.
Note: This feature is only available with active map license.
When hovered over the icon, you will see the organizer and the time span of the booking. You can also see the future bookings for the day on this resource which can be room, desk or parking space.
When you hover over the bookable icon, a pop-up appears showing the organizer’s name and the time span of the current booking. Additionally, you can view upcoming bookings for the rest of the day on the selected resource – whether it’s a room, desk, or parking space.
When the organizer is set to hidden, their name won’t appear in the booking details.
Dots color legend
- Green – This space is available and ready to be booked.
- Orange – Awaiting check-in or booking confirmation; occupancy has been detected by a sensor.
- Red – The space is currently occupied.
- Blue – The space is occupied and the user is set to ‘do not disturb’.
- Purple – The space needs cleaning (desks only).
