Room Control is an additional system for GoBright Room Booking. Room Control gives the user of the room the ability to control various aspects of the room, such as light, channels and sound from the screen. Control can be linked to the bookings, so that the lights and screens switch on automatically when a meeting starts.
The Room Control screen also indicates the remaining time of your meeting, so you know when it’s time to wrap up or maybe extend the meeting. Of course, the Room Control is also connected to the Room Panel outside of the meeting room and to the entire platform.
