Installation of GoBright App on Neat Frame
This is an installation guide on how to install GoBright on the Neat Frame from factory settings.
Check if your device is on the list of GoBright certified hardware here
- Browse on your PC to https://pulse.neat.no and sign in (If you don’t have a Neat Pulse plan, sign up here: https://neat.no/pulse/#plans)
- Go to Profiles and Press “+” Add profile
- Give the profile a name and use these following settings and Save it
- Select Apps on the left and scroll down to “Other (Neat Boards, Neat Frame)” and toggle the GoBright switch
- Select Automatically install on all App Hub devices and click Enable
- Turn on the Neat Frame
- Select your language and press Continue
- Connect the Neat Frame with your WiFi connection and press Continue
- Select the Time Zone and toggle the 24-hour time switch and press Continue
- A Neat enrollment code is needed. Go to https://pulse.neat.no on your PC and select Devices on the left and press Add devices
- Fill in a Name of space or device and select an profile and press Continue
- Fill in the enrollment code on your Neat Frame. Do not unplug the Neat Frame and press Continue when the enrollment is finished.
- Select if you want to share device Analytics and improvements with Neat and press Continue
- Confirm the Camera preview by pressing Looks Good button in the right top corner
- Select skip by Framing boundary
- Select Other and press Continue
- Switch the toggle on at GoBright and press Continue
- “You’re all set!” select Launch Neat Apps. The Neat Frame is installing the GoBright app. Do not unplug the Neat Frame
- Check Date and time zone and press Confirm

With the activation code you’re able to go to the next step and activate the display in the GoBright portal
