Yealink Roompanel E2 and Roompanel Plus E2

Use this guide to install the GoBright app on Yealink Roompanel E2 and Roompanel Plus E2.

  1. Update your Yealink Roompanel E2 or Roompanel Plus E2 device to the latest Yealink Firmware: https://support.yealink.com/en/portal/knowledge/show?id=6459d5650a11b818a7542d6d
  2. Choose your language

  3. Make sure the device is connected (for example POE+)

  4. Choose your time zone

  5. Turn on Yealink Management Cloud Service

  6. Agree with the Yealink end user agreement

  7. Open Yealink Management Cloud Service pulldown menu and select Yealink Management Cloud Service

  8. Press Save and wait till Connecting popup is gone

  9. Press the Back arrow

  10. Optionally turn on Auto Update function and check if the Device Manage options are set like this:

  11. Choose GoBright as your UC Provider

  12. Press Start

  13. Check your system settings, press confirm and reboot

  14. After the reboot you can activate your device in the GoBright Portal by using the Activation Code: https://support.gobright.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005322893-Activating-a-device-with-the-GoBright-app

If you want to use NFC on the Roompanel E2 or Roompanel plus E2, follow the steps below:

Open the device settings in a browser: https://IP_OF_DEVICE

User: admin

Password: 0000

  1. Go to System
  2. Device Manage
  3. Enter this code in the Server URL field (without []): [M7:nfc.enable=1]
  4. Press Auto Provision Now
  5. Press Confirm

Note: The Yealink devices do not support camera use for Visit
