Hover pop-up explanation
On the map or in your Dashboard you can see the status of the booking when you hover over the icon with your mouse.
Note: to be able to see a map you will need a map license.
When hovered over the icon, you will see the organizer and the time span of the booking. You can also see the future bookings on this Desk/Room.
When the organizer is hidden, you will not be able to see the name of the organizer:
Dots color explained
- Green (available for booking)
- Orange (awaiting check-in/booking confirmation, occupation detected by sensor)
- Red (occupied or do not disturb)
- Purple (needs cleaning)
