Can a pin code be used to create a desk booking?
Yes.
Note that a pin code is always tied to a specific user, which means these bookings are always personal bookings. It’s not possible to make an anonymous booking using a pin code.
The pin code is only applicable if the booking is created via displays and mapviewer. It should also be enabled in the Profile for desks (Meet-Work-Visit > Settings > Work > Profiles > choose the correct profile).
The pin code must be linked to a user within the GoBright portal to be recognized. This can be added manually or automatically using the Azure AD / Active Directory synchronization.
Note: Pin codes are visible for each user in their profile. They are note visible in the Admin center > Users.
