Can I send my pre registered visitor an email with our custom sender mail address?

Yes! This can be done when you are configuring your Mail temples.

However, if you want to use a custom sender email address, it requires technical authorization settings in the companies’ IT systems.

To authorize GoBright to send emails on your behalf, the domain should be validated and configured with the proper SPF and DKIM settings. This way GoBright will be authorized to send emails from this address, and deliverability is guaranteed.

Please provide the domains you want to use as a sender to GoBright via the request form.

Supply the following in your request:

  • Your organization
  • The domain(s) you want to use as sender
  • Subject: Authenticate custom email address for Visit

Please request this via this form.

You can also use this option to send emails from your own domain directly from the portal – either for general communication or within specific modules such as Catering Service or Issue Handling.

This setting is available under General Settings, and for Catering specifically under Catering Service > Service Provider.
