Warning: sending SMS/notification failed. What to do?

If this message shows up in emails to hosts of visitors:

Sending SMS/notification failed, please contact your system administrator about this

SMS and/or push notifications are enabled in the GoBright Portal, but the host’s phone number is missing and/or the host does not have the GoBright mobile app installed. As a result, notifications cannot be delivered.

This is a combined warning message for both SMS and push notifications. As a result, it may appear even if SMS notifications are not enabled in your GoBright environment, as long as push notifications are enabled.
