Timeline
You can find the Timeline under the Bookings tab. It offers a clear, visual overview of all meeting rooms in your environment, along with the bookings already in place.
From the Timeline view, you can quickly check room availability, schedule a meeting, or make changes to an existing booking.
In the filtering options, you can adjust the location and select a specific date to view bookings. Please note that the Timeline displays one day at a time, so only a single date can be selected in the time range.
In the Bookings overview, meeting type colors are applied, so scheduled meetings appear in different colors based on their type. This makes it easy to distinguish between meeting categories at a glance.
If a meeting type isn’t assigned or if this feature isn’t being used in the portal, scheduled meetings will appear in the default color, which is red.
Insight Level
Hover over a scheduled meeting to view more details.
The amount of information displayed can be managed in Settings > General > General settings.
Here, you can define the insight level for Booking Managers and general users, specifically when they are neither the organiser nor an attendee of a meeting.
Edit bookings
If you want to edit a scheduled meeting from the Timeline, click on the meeting, and a pop-up window will open, allowing you to amend the booking.
You can also quickly amend the time and room of a scheduled meeting by hovering over the start of the meeting block. The three dots and a cross with arrows will appear. Click there, then simply drag and drop the meeting to a different time or room to reschedule it.
Drop the meeting into any available room or time slot where you’d like to reschedule it.
The changes will appear in the pop-up window for you to review and confirm.
Rooms with different integrations
You can only make changes and move meetings between rooms that share the same integration. If your environment includes multiple integrations and rooms are linked to different ones, you won’t be able to move meetings between those rooms.
This error message appears when the room you’re trying to move the meeting to has a different integration. Please ensure you only move meetings between rooms with the same integration.
