Issue reporting

Issue reporting provides users with an easy way to give feedback when something in the office environment is broken, malfunctioning, or not working as expected. This feedback is automatically routed to the appropriate team responsible for resolving the issue, such as the IT department or Facilities Management.

Different issue handlers can be assigned to specific items, which are organized into various categories or groups. This ensures that each type of issue could be directed to the correct team for a timely resolution.

With issue reporting, users can report problems with amenities, equipment, or the office environment directly to the responsible department.

Issues can be reported through the GoBright Portal, the GoBright Mobile App, or directly on the Room Display.

Issue reporting in the portal

When selecting a resource, for example a desk, the standard booking pop-up window will appear, as shown in the image below:

Since issue reporting is enabled for this desk, a flag icon is displayed in the booking window.

By selecting the flag icon, the reporting issue window will be shown.

Here you can select if you want to report an issue with a certain amenity or an environment item and then select the specific object from the drop-down menu in the ‘Subject’ field:

After selecting the ‘Report Issue’ button, the issue is automatically forwarded to the designated handler, who can view and manage it within the Issue Handling area.

Issue reporting in the mobile app

Issues related to resources can also be reported using the GoBright mobile app.
Simply select the resource you’d like to report an issue for, then follow the on-screen steps to submit your report.

Issue reporting on room display

Issues related to amenities or the room environment can be reported directly from the Room Display.

To do so, simply tap the ‘Report’ button on the screen and follow the prompts to submit the issue.

Note: To use issue reporting for desks, meeting rooms, or parking spaces, the feature must first be enabled.
