Migrate GoBright displays into a different environment

You can easily migrate the displays to a different GoBright environment, making it simple to switch to a new portal. Before starting the migration, ensure that the new environment has the correct number of licenses and that all necessary resources—such as meeting rooms—are properly set up.

Migrating the displays

To obtain the activation code for your GoBright certified display, simply follow the steps outlined below.

• Do the magic swipe to close the GoBright app on a display;.
• Insert the Protected settings pin code which can be found in Settings > Devices > Profiles and open the profile of the device.
• Now you should have the GoBright menu. Press on Deactivate & reset.
• Then press on the back arrow next to ‘Settings’ (or to return one step back).
• The Activation code should appear on the screen.
• Use this activation code to activate the device in another environment.
