The municipality of Land van Cuijk built a new City Hall as the central, future-proof, and sustainable hub of the newly merged municipality, designed to meet modern standards of governance, sustainability, and efficiency.
Together with the municipality, GoBright leveraged its expertise in smart office solutions to design the most effective and future-proof system for Land van Cuijk. The new building needed to meet modern standards for sustainability and efficiency while offering a pleasant, flexible workplace for all employees.
By combining our experience with the municipality’s specific requirements, we created a seamless smart office environment that fosters flexibility, collaboration, and efficient space use—resulting in a City Hall that serves as the central, sustainable, and future-ready hub of the newly merged municipality.
Five smaller municipalities each had their own teams, workplaces, and ways of working. Every location had its own systems and processes, making collaboration across municipalities fragmented and inefficient. With the formation of one larger municipality, these differences suddenly had to come together under one roof. How do you ensure that everyone can easily find a workplace or meeting room in this new situation? How do you create transparency about occupancy across all locations? And how do you keep employees well informed at the same time? To address these challenges, the municipality started looking for a user-friendly solution that staff could access directly through their choice in office tools such as Outlook and Teams.

Employees can now book their workplace or meeting room directly via Outlook, the app, or the touchscreens in the building. Digital Signage displays provide real-time information and internal communications in a clear and accessible way.
