Your Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you become the strategic partner for our customers. You help them get the most out of the GoBright platform and build long‑term relationships focused on value, adoption, expansion and growth. The job requires someone who is available 0.8–1.0 FTE (32–40 hours). Location: Alblasserdam
You will:
- Guide a substantial part of our customer base through a structured engagement cadence (onboarding, quarterly reviews, evaluations).
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities based on data insights and customer goals.
- Ensure customers can fully and continuously leverage our solutions.
- Work closely with Product Management, Sales and Support to i.e. translate customer feedback into improvements.
- Manage implementations (project management) and safeguard progress and quality.
- Monitor customer satisfaction (CSAT) and actively contribute to retention across the full customer portfolio (CRR).
English will often be your working language — our customers are located all over the world.
Who you are
You are energetic, customer‑focused and solution‑oriented. You understand customer needs, take ownership, switch easily between topics and feel at home in a dynamic SaaS environment.
You bring:
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management.
- Affinity with software (SaaS) and digital workplace concepts.
- Bachelor‑level working and thinking skills.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, other languages like French are a bonus.
- A driver’s licence and preferably live within 40 km of Alblasserdam.
- The job requires someone who is available 0.8–1.0 FTE (32–40 hours).
