Configure an Interact profile

The Interact profile hold settings for the Interact. For general information about profiles, please refer to the general ‘profiles’ article.

Log in with your GoBright admin account and go to Settings > Devices > Profiles. Open an existing Interact profile or create a new one.

General settings

Name

This is the name of the profile and it’s only for reference.

Type

Select “Interact” as Type of the profile to create a new Interact profile.
Please note that the profile type cannot be changed later.

Device settings

Enable height adjustability

You can now incentivize your users to check in on the Interact by controlling the visibility of the height-adjustment arrows based on preset settings in the Interact Profile. The users can choose from the following options:

  • (default value) Always adjustable
  • When booked and checked-in
  • When booked and checked-in, and when needs cleaning
Screen on/of times based on opening hours of the room/desk
  • When enabled: The screen on/off times of the Interact will follow the opening hours of the room or the desk it is assigned to.
  • When disabled: an extra settings section will open where you can set the ‘Opening hours’ (on/off times) of the Interact.
Opening hours

Make sure the opening hours are set up correctly, as the other settings will follow these opening hours.
