It sometimes happens that a meeting is taking a while longer than you initially expected. Extending the meeting is therefore possible with the Room Control panel and the panel at the door, if there is no booking directly after yours in the same room. The extension of the meeting is also directly communicated with your calendar, so your colleagues know that you are still in a meeting might they be looking for you.
