How to add a Teams link to a booking

To (automatically) add a Teams link to a booking made via the GoBright Portal or GoBright mobile app, a room panel or a map viewer, you must Link Office365 Graph:

  1. Go to the Admin Center
  2. Select the integration
  3. Click the Link (Teams link) button

Now you can add a Teams link manually when making a booking via the GoBright Portal or the GoBright mobile app. When booking a room on the room panel or a map viewer, there is no option to manually add a Teams link but.

Read below how activate the option to add Teams link automatically.

Automatically add a Microsoft Teams link

If you want to add a Microsoft Teams link automatically, enable this feature in the Room profile:

  1. Go to Settings > Meet > Profiles
  2. Open a profile or create new one
  3. Enable the Auto enable Microsoft Teams meeting feature

Now a Microsoft Teams link will be added to all bookings on rooms with this feature enabled in its profile, also when making a booking via a room panel or map viewer and also when making a private booking.

The Teams link is clickable!
Users can directly open the Teams meeting from the GoBright Portal or GoBright mobile app.
