What is GoBright?

We’re glad you asked! GoBright introduces a smarter usage and reservation process, which reduces administration workload for organisations. It supports the growing demand for flexible work and meeting solutions, making it easier than ever to connect and collaborate.

Modules

The GoBright platform consists of several modules, which can be used in your organisation:

Using GoBright

There are several ways to use GoBright:

  • Web portal
    For administrators, the portal offers full system configuration capabilities, putting complete control at your fingertips. If you’re an administrator, the portal offers full system configuration capabilities in all its glory.
  • Integrated systems (Outlook, Google G Suite Calendar, Facility software)
    GoBright can be integrated with a variety of systems, allowing you to access its features directly from platforms like Outlook, Google Calendar (G Suite), or a Facility Management Information System (FMIS). No need to worry — we ensure all data is synchronized and processed smoothly in the background.
  • App for iOS and Android phones
    The smartphone app can be installed from the Apple App store or Google Play Store. Just search for ‘GoBright’ and install the app.
  • Room displays
    Curious about what’s happening in a room? Just check the display! Beautifully designed displays show real-time room status and availability — and if it’s free, you can book it instantly on the spot.
  • Map viewers
    A picture is worth more than a thousand words — especially when it comes to finding your ideal workspace. With our interactive map viewer, you can design and display a floor plan that shows real-time availability, making it easy to book a room or desk with just a click.
  • Way finding
    Not sure where to go? Use the Wayfinder to get clear directions to your meeting room and navigate the building with ease.
  • Digital Reception kiosk
    Give your visitors a warm welcome while keeping your records organized. Digitize the registration process with visitor badges, ensuring no one goes unnoticed. This allows your receptionist to focus on what they do best — creating a great first impression.

People and roles

GoBright different concept for ‘users’ and ‘visitors’: users are individuals with access to the system’s features, while visitors are guests who register via the Digital Reception kiosk.

In GoBright, users are assigned specific roles based on their responsibilities. A regular user can use the platform as a personal assistant — booking rooms and desks and managing their own reservations.
Booking Managers have broader access, enabling them to oversee all bookings and view analytics. Both users and Booking Managers can be granted visitor management rights.
Finally, Managers have full administrative access, allowing them to configure all technical aspects of the system.
