The Gateway does not seem to function
Make sure the Gateway is up to date. Updates can be performed from the GoBright Portal.
If the Gateway isn’t communicating with the Portal there are a few ways to troubleshoot:
Power, internet and GoBright connection (status signal LEDS)
The Gateway requires power ether via the standard power cord or it can be connected using a Power over Ethernet (POE) cable. Both ways are fine as long as it’s powered constantly.
To communicate with the GoBright platform an ethernet cable is required. As discussed above it can be a POE cable to act as a power source as well. WiFi is not available on the Gateway.
Check the power and internet connection by checking the color and icon combination of the Gateway.
The Gateway has 4 LED’s which show the state of the gateway.

NTP server settings, IP address, time and date
The time must be configured on a Gateway using NTP. Check if the NTP server is set correctly. Please check this article for the right NTP server configuration: Gateway NTP Server configuration
