The challenge
Gilde College continuously looks at how to make its education and working environment smarter, more flexible and more sustainable. That drive ties directly to the college’s ambition to be a sustainable, agile organisation, with learning environments that are future-ready both physically and digitally. With new education buildings in development, and a mandate to use square metres more efficiently, including a roughly 50% reduction in desk capacity, technology became essential to that ambition. Rather than making decisions based on assumptions, Gilde College wanted real-time insight into how its classrooms, workspaces and meeting rooms were genuinely being used.
The solution
Gilde College deliberately chose a smart office concept because the way people work and learn is changing: staff work more flexibly, teams collaborate more often across locations, and students move more dynamically through buildings. GoBright matched that vision closely, with a modern look, a user-friendly system and clear reporting.
