FAQ

How do room sensors work in a conference room?

GoBright Room Sensors are motion-based. This means that they detect movement in the room and collect this data, providing insight into when and how much the room is used. When a booking is made for a room, but the sensors do not detect movement, the room will automatically be released for other users to book. Vice versa, if a room has not been booked but sensors do detect motion, the room will be marked as occupied throughout the system.

This way, you will get a 100% accurate insight into your rooms’ occupancy. No-shows will no longer keep meeting rooms unnecessarily occupied and there will be no miscommunication as to who is entitled to which meeting room.
