How do room sensors work in a conference room?

The sensors detect movement in the room and collect this data, so there is insight into how much the room is used. If no movement is taking place, the room will be automatically released for other users. Vice versa….. if a room hasn’t been booked, but colleagues ‘spontaneously’ sit down for a meeting, the sensor measures movement. The room will then be booked instantly in the system, by the sensor.
