Meeting subject not showing on room panel and GoBright Portal

When a room booking is created via Outlook by inviting a room (integrated in the GoBright portal), the subject of the meeting entered in Outlook is not transferred to the GoBright portal. Instead, the name of the person who created the meeting (the organizer) is shown as the subject on the room booking panel.

As a result, even if a specific meeting title is entered in Outlook, it won’t appear on the GoBright room panel. Only the organizer’s name will be displayed—potentially appearing twice if it’s already listed elsewhere in the interface.

In such cases, you need to refer to step 2.5 of the article EntraID/AzureAD Enterprise Application Integration (SSO/O365/SCIM/Calendar Integration).

At this step, you’ll need to run a PowerShell script with the following command:

Set - Calendar Processing - [email protected] -AutomateProcessing AutoAccept - DeleteSubject $False -DeleteComments $False - addOrganizerToSubject DeleteSubject $False -DeleteComments $False -AddOrganizerToSubject $False$False -RemovePrivateProperty $False
-AddOrganizerToSubject $False
