Reset a Gateway

To reset a Gateway:

  1. Disconnect the network and power of the Gateway
  2. Turn it on again
  3. Wait till the gateway is booted up, this can take 2-5 min.
  4. In the first 15 minutes after the gateway is started: Press and hold the reset button on the back (in a small in the indented part of the Gateway)
  5. While holding the reset button, wait until the Power LED is flashing quickly
  6. Release the reset button, the Gateway will now reset itself. This takes a couple of minutes.
  7. When none of the status LEDs is blinking and the power and green dot status LEDs are green, the reset is complete.
