According to a CNBC article, Adobe’s Chief People Officer Gloria Chen said that Adobe conducted surveys and meetings frequently throughout the teams and listened to the suggestions that employees gave. Chen also reports that Adobe invested time into community-building using special coffee breaks and events, and that the company ensured flexibility in working conditions after the pandemic.
