Product Support Specialist

We are looking for a customer-oriented product specialist for 32-40 hours a week.


By filling the Product Support Specialist function, you know all technical and functional ins and outs of the GoBright platform. You know how to support our customer with questions, issues and implementations. You do this by offering product support and support to our customers, distributors and resellers worldwide and our own sales team. You furthermore give training, work on product documentation and help with the on-boarding and preservation process of big customers. Your knowledge and feedback helps all teams on improving our products.

You like being the contact point of GoBright and you make sure that our platform is the center of attention.

Who are you?

You are a result-oriented team player. You think along with our customers and translate their needs and wishes within the possibilities of our product. You do this for all customers, small and large corporations. You furthermore are able to work on multiple issues at the same time without dropping quality.

What are we looking for?

A candidate that has the following characteristics:

  • Minimum of HBO workthinking level.
  • A service-oriented attitude.
  • Self-taught skills and transferring knowledge to others.
  • Passion and affinity with IT-products and services.
  • Good Dutch and German communication skills in speech and writing. German language skills are a plus.
  • Stress-resistant and can multitask well.
  • Service- and customer-oriented: you are the business card of our company.
  • Knowledge on IT management or (web)design/HTML/JavaScript.

We are GoBright

GoBright develops products to help organisations work more efficient and communicate with digital resources. We are expanding rapidly internationally, and are active in the BeNeLux, the United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Australia and New Zealand. Among our customers are Nederlandse Spoorwegen, ANWB, PostNL and Strukton Worksphere. Internationally we have customers such as DSV, Thirteen Group, RZV, Cosnova, CMS Francis LeFebvre, and Beiersdorf.

GoBright is a smart-office and signage platform with which meetings, hybrid working and receiving visitors are extensively optimized. Through IoT sensors, displays, apps and other digital solutions, the employee is supported in his daily work within modern office environments.

In addition, GoBright is the provider with which audio-visual messages can be communicated to a specific target group in an interactive way. Interconnecting screens, installed in various locations can be controlled and influenced from a central location, so that maximum visual impact can be achieved.
